Katherine Wellington

Principal

Katherine is past President of Alumni Association at the University of Maryland and past Board Member of the University Of Maryland Board Of Visitors, the University of Maryland Alumni Association, the Washington DC Rotary, and the YMCA of Metro Washington. Katherine currently serves as a Director on the board of the Metro West Chamber of Commerce.

Since 2004 she has completed 110 transactions for approximately 6 million square feet.

Michael Seadia

Since 1989, Michael has completed approximately 720 transactions for 22.5 million square feet. He brings extensive hands-on experience and knowledge of the construction industry to his work as a commercial broker. Michael is an expert negotiator who builds long-term relationships with his clientele and satisfying terms for both the lessee and lessor or the buyer and seller.
